David Groce has been in the dental industry for over 16 years helping doctors lease, purchase, negotiate, design, and equip state of the art dental practices. He is passionate about commercial real estate and has helped hundreds of doctors navigate the process to avoid costly pitfalls and mistakes. David and his team are a trusted resource, keeping their client’s best interest in mind and ensuring that their practice is setup for long term success.
Jody Much has a diverse and dynamic background of sales experience in the dental industry in manufacturing and distribution combined. Through her own journey with mentorship and coaching, she has come to understand the power of synergistic goal setting, partnership, collaboration, and personal investment in developing people. She strongly believes that the intention of offering the highest possible value in any selling situation is the cornerstone to business development.
As an industry thought leader and trainer, Jody has brought the same intention of value creation to developing team members individually and collectively while creating an environment where they could thrive.

She is currently the General Manager of Patterson Dental for the greater Los Angeles area managing sales, service and operations.
For more than 40 years, Paul Guggenheim has been a powerful force in the dental supply industry. In that time, Paul has served as a leader and visionary, bringing two legacy family companies together with the sale of Guggenheim Brothers Dental Supply to Patterson Dental Supply in 2000. Paul currently serves as the Western Region President, responsible for directing the development of business strategy in Patterson’s Western Region. Paul is the former CEO and President of Patterson Dental, as well as, its Chief Innovation Officer.
Whether it’s helping to eliminate preventable pediatric dental disease, shaping the minds of young doctors or addressing legislation issues that affect the dental trade industry, Paul is extremely generous with his time and contributes to the industry and the people it serves in numerous ways. He has served as chairman of the American Dental Trade Association (now the Dental Trade Alliance), chairman of the American Dental Cooperative and president of the Dental Dealers of America. Paul currently sits on the boards of the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation, Children’s Dental Center of Greater Los Angeles.
Cecilia Chen is a dental attorney who specializes in representing dentists in purchase and sale of dental practices, contracts and lease review and negotiation, partnerships, and dental service organizations. Cecilia received her J.D from American University in Washington DC in 2004 and has been focused in the healthcare niche representing dentists since 2011. Approximately 90% of Cecilia's clients are dentists. Cecilia is based in San Diego, and works with clients all over California.
Matthew Christie: Matthew Christie is a dedicated healthcare representative at Provide, working with dentists, veterinarians, and medical doctors who are looking to acquire, start, or refinance a practice, while also being able to facilitate commercial real estate loans in conjunction with a practice. Matthew joined Provide in 2019 with an extensive background in small business lending, owner-user commercial real estate, and franchise finance. In his current capacity, Matthew often speaks at local dental schools, where he educates students on business plans, personal credit, and budgeting; he also often speaks for local dental societies, where he lectures to dentists looking to acquire and grow their practices. Matthew holds a degree in economics from California State University, Sacramento and currently resides in Newport Beach, California.
Jason Schneller is a regional director of project lending at Provide, responsible for project lending in the California market. For over 20-years, Jason has specialized in helping our communities’ healthcare providers obtain loans for their unique business needs and has extensive expertise in practice acquisitions, practice startups, expansion and remodel projects, commercial real estate transactions, and debt consolidations. Jason has built a network of trusted practice brokers, equipment specialists, attorneys, CPAs, consultants, contractors, architects, and real estate brokers to help ensure his healthcare providers surround themselves with the right team of experts as they embark (or continue) on their practice ownership journey.
Kelli specializes in helping dentists navigate transition planning and practice sales, valuations and purchases. She brings to her role extensive knowledge and experience in performing income tax compliance and business valuations specific to the dental industry. Her transition planning work includes cash flow modeling, practice valuations and transaction due diligence.
Whether they are fresh out of dental school or a seasoned practitioner preparing for retirement, Kelli works with dentists at all stages of their career journey. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and coaching them on complex financial matters so they can manage their practices and navigate transitions in ownership with confidence.
Kelli earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Belmont University and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
When she is not in the office, Kelli enjoys serving her local community. She is also a die-hard fan of the Nashville Predators and loves catching a game in her spare time.
