LECTURE
DIRECT ANTERIOR COMPOSITES, EMULATING NATURE
Nowadays, dentistry tends towards minimal dental preparation. This trend is even more pronounced when it comes to aesthetic treatment. Patients request for aesthetic treatments without any dental
preparation. One of the most conservative ways to solve this situations is using a direct approach with composite resins. Mastering direct composites
is a challenging process that requires training and experience. To perform a meticulous case planning and a working protocol is essential for obtaining predictable results and long-lasting treatments. An acurate planification and analysis of the situation will lead to achieve natural results when performing a direct stratification with composite resins on the anterior teeth. For this reason, this lecture will describe the key points for obtaining excellence in anterior composites smile makeovers through a biomimetic and non-invasive approach. Understanding nature for a predictable natural teeth emulation.
OBJECTIVES: At the completion of the course, participants will be able to:

-
Case planning and analysis: achieve predictable aesthetic treatments
-
Conservative smile makeovers
-
How to obtain natural and realistic final results
