LECTURES

In this two-part course, Dr Baratieri presents a critical view on Aesthetic Dentistry, based on the literature and 45 years of experience as a dental surgeon. The detailed use of composite resins on anterior teeth will be discussed, highlighting some of the key steps. Direct and semi-direct techniques will be detailed from the presentation of richly illustrated clinical cases so that everyone can achieve significant results. Important DETAILS of natural teeth, viewed from different and unusual angles, will be presented so that the professional can better understand, and thus reproduce them in their restorations.

At the completion of the course, participants will be able to discuss:

  1. Fundamental details of the anterior teeth

  2. When not to restore anterior teeth

  3. Choosing between direct and indirect composite resins

  4. Understanding and choosing the shade of natural teeth and match them with available composite resins
