Dr.Brucia is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistrywhere he is currently an Assistant Professor of Dental Practice.He is practicingEsthetic and Restorative dentistry full time in San Francisco, California.Dr. Brucia isthe chair of the FACE occlusion study club wherehe directs all clinical education.He isthe 2011 recipient of the Gordon J. Christensen Recognition Lecturer Award and the2021 recipient of the Goldstein Burning Bush award for excellence in dentaleducation.In 2010, Dr. Brucia was elected a fellow inthe American Academy ofEsthetic Dentistry and served as the 2023 President. In 2025, he completed a 1-yearclinical research training program from Stanford University medical school.In 2025,The AAED created the Jeff J Brucia, DDS leadership award thatmay be presented toan individual that has displayed exceptional leadership skills and service to theAcademy and named him the first recipient. He has also been selected by DentistryToday as one of the top clinicians in dental continuing education for the last 25+ years.
